Diip is a mental health clinic that provides psychiatric care, therapy, and psychological assessments. Our Services include appointment scheduling, telehealth video sessions, clinical record management, messaging, and billing — delivered through our website, mobile app, and in-person clinic.
Our app is not a medical device. It does not independently diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Clinical decisions are made by licensed healthcare professionals during the course of your care.

Our Services are not designed for medical emergencies. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a psychiatric crisis, please contact emergency services (Rescue 1122) or go to the nearest emergency room.
Our platform does not provide crisis intervention, and there may be delays in responses to messages sent through the app.
